Description
The Alleged murder knife in the hands of John T. Barker, attorney for George W. Welsh, jr. In the courtroom before the jury Barker had drawn the knife across his bared arm in support of his contention that the edge was too dull to have been used in the commission of the crime. Later Barker was bold enough to- press the knife against his throat, as shown here, and it failed to break the skin.
